Delete your ZaraiOS account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ZaraiOS and tap More at the bottom.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete all my data.
3. Tick I understand my records cannot be brought back, then tap Delete.

Your account and all records are deleted from our server and from that phone straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@zaraios.com with the subject Delete my ZaraiOS account, and write the mobile number you use in the app.

To protect you, we confirm the request with the owner of that number before deleting. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and email you when it is done.

If the app is still installed on a phone, records saved on that phone stay there until the app is removed.

What is deleted

• Your login (mobile number, password and email if added) and your name and place.
• All your fields, crops, costs, sales, credit, labourers, attendance, payments and reminders.
• All your photos and voice notes.

Nothing is kept on our server after deletion. Copies in server backups are gone within 30 days. Area figures already combined from many farmers, without names or numbers, cannot be traced to you and stay.
