Land preparation
Tractor work, diesel, levelling, ploughing, land rent or theka.
Record each cost against the right field, crop and stage. When the crop is sold, ZaraiOS brings expenses and income together so you can see the result from your own records.

How it works
A useful crop total starts with small records made during the season. ZaraiOS keeps each entry attached to the crop where it belongs.
Choose the field, its area and the crop. Wheat and onion include ready stages; another crop can use general or custom stages.
Choose the crop stage and cost type, enter the amount and date, and add a receipt photo or voice note when useful.
Keep grain, straw or other output separate, including quantity, price, commission and deductions.
Review recorded cost, sales, profit or loss, cost per acre and cost per maund instead of reconstructing the season from memory.

What to record
Use the category that matches the real transaction. Each entry remains part of that crop’s account.
Tractor work, diesel, levelling, ploughing, land rent or theka.
Seed purchase, treatment entered as a cost, drilling and sowing labour.
Each purchase or use recorded by date and crop stage. ZaraiOS records it; it does not recommend products or doses.
Tube-well, diesel, electricity, canal water and irrigation labour.
Work done on the crop, attendance, wages, amounts owed and payments.
Cutting, threshing, bags, loading, transport, commission and sale deductions.
Instead of one final guess, the crop account keeps the purpose of every amount visible.
| Crop stage | Example records | What it helps explain |
|---|---|---|
| Land preparation | Tractor, diesel, levelling | Cost before sowing |
| Sowing | Seed, drilling, labour | Cost of establishing the crop |
| Crop care | Water, fertiliser, spray, labour | Where in-season money went |
| Harvest and sale | Harvest, transport, quantity, price, deductions | Income and the final crop result |
Totals are based only on the records entered. Missing expenses or sales will make the report incomplete.
Made for the field
ZaraiOS works offline on Android, so a weak connection does not have to stop record keeping in the field. When internet is available, records can sync to your account and appear again after you sign in on another phone.

Yes. Costs are attached to a field, crop and stage, allowing the crop report to total the records entered for that crop.
It compares the sales and other recorded income with the expenses you entered. The result is only as complete as the records you provide.
